Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other dishes with precision and artistry
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, ensuring each dish is visually appealing and consistent with brand standards
- Assist in managing inventory levels of seafood, rice, seaweed, and other ingredients necessary for sushi preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, including proper knife handling and storage practices
Experience
- No experience needed. We offer full training for Sushi Chef.
- We will guide you in food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a high-volume environment is a plus.
