We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting loads to designated locations safely and efficiently, following all applicable driving regulations
- Ensuring loads are properly secured
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicating with clients, customers, dispatchers, and management to provide updates on loads and locations
- Completing and maintaining all necessary paperwork related to deliveries and compliance
- Adhering to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers
- Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and protocols by law and company policy
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and DOT medical card
- 5-10 years of driving heavy-duty vehicles and/or trucks with trailers
- Must pass drug screening, background check, and MVR review
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed or available
Willingness to Travel:
- 75% (Required) - Locally
- Overnight travel as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
