RocK'n F Freight is looking to add Logistics Coordinators to the team! Someone that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a positive attitude, and a great work ethic!
Work Location: In-person *This is not a hybrid or remote position.*
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling freight shipments
- Communicate daily with carriers, suppliers, and various departments within the company
- Maintain/update carrier profiles by entering data
- Complete process of shipment includes arranging for forwarding follow-up with tracking and tracing to destination
- Perform other duties as seen fit for position
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment
- Ability to solve problems and follow up with issues with urgency
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work within time-constraints, and thrive in fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous trucking/ freight knowledge and experience a plus but not required
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- This position does have an on-call requirement for after-hour loads at least one day a week. There is always a possibility of having to be on call more than one day a week as the need arises.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
