Title: Kitchen Staff Member
Reports to: General Manager

Summary of Position:
As a Kitchen staff member, you will ensure a positive food and beverage guest experience. This will require cooking and preparing food in the state-of-the-art spacious kitchen that services a 100-seat stylish café and seven large party rooms. Understanding the importance of urgency in getting food to guests and following strict food safety standards is essential.
Physical Requirements
- Working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
- Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
