We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute to our success while keeping client satisfaction and turnaround times at the forefront. This individual will assist our Sales Team with business development, market research, client appointments, and more!
What You'll Do:
- Manage hardware/software renewals
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Send agreements via QuoteValet and upload documentation into ConnectWise & SharePoint
- Assist with quote creation and client meeting preparation
- Submit and manage deal registrations with technology partners like HP
- Participate in daily sales meetings and collaborate with the team
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and update marketing lists
- Help coordinate virtual and in-person events like our Annual Client Appreciation Golf Event
- Leverage vendor marketing programs to enhance our marketing efforts
- Assist with updating Databranch marketing materials
- Attend vendor partner sales/marketing training and webinars
- Support email marketing, newsletter creation, social media marketing, and blog content as needed
- Fill in for the Purchasing Clerk during their absence
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation in the ConnectWise management system
- Perform data entry in ConnectWise management system
- Manage monthly software license reconciliations
- Assist with other activities to support company objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
- Experience with marketing or sales support is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar management systems is a bonus
- Willingness to go above and beyond to meet company objectives and exceed client expectations
