What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brass Nailer/Welt Gluer position at Rock House Farms (RHF)?
Summary Job Description
This position is responsible for nailing brass nails to furniture using a brass nail gun. May also need to apply kick pleats, trims, and welt.
Essential Duties
- Able to apply welt and welt grooves
- Able to brass nail with various sizes of nails using a gun or by hand when necessary
- Ability to understand instructions on production tickets pertaining to nail and trip application
- Ability to apply glue adhesive for tape trim application
- Able to apply hardware as needed
- Ability to use an air screw driver and drill
- Able to use a welt cutting machine to trim welt before application
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous brass nailing experience a plus

- Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
