Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate guest services staff to deliver excellent customer care.
• Monitor and improve the customer journey, from arrival to post-visit follow-up.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally.
• Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement policies that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure consistency in service.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate all pickup and deliveries
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or service industries.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer feedback tools is a plus.
