- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
- Perform diagnostic tests and administer therapies such as aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy
- Set up and oversee respiratory equipment to ensure proper oxygen delivery
- Document patient progress and educate patients and families on medication and equipment use
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and perform additional duties within RRT scope
- One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid RRT credential from the NBRC and state licensure
- Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in English and PC skills
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
