- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed records
- Current valid RN license
- Experience in LTAC or similar acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care
