Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care

Role: Provide exceptional patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, supporting patients with complex medical needs. Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services, monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed records
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current valid RN license
• Experience in LTAC or similar acute care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care
