In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional independence.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, or rehab facilities.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
