Travel Nurse - RN - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN - LD - Labor and Delivery to join our dynamic healthcare team in Lewiston, Maine. In this role, you will provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.

Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Assisting during labor, delivery, and postpartum processes with skilled procedures
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and progress
  
  

Skills Needed

• Current RN license in good standing
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Strong knowledge of labor and delivery protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
