Staff Nurse

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team by building authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. They utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in the appropriate state.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
• If licensure has been inactive for over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required for reactivation.
