Unit Manager

Full-time position overseeing nursing operations in a subacute skilled nursing setting

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents
  • Supervising daily activities of CNAs and nursing staff
  • Monitoring performance, offering education, counseling, and conducting disciplinary actions
  • Performing performance evaluations
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations

Qualifications And Skills

  • Licensed nurse with relevant experience
  • Subacute skilled nursing experience required
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
