Key Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process – assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation – utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care, involving patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to promote safety and excellence.
