Registered Nurse - Birth Center

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN - Birth Center Registered Nurse to join our team in Dubuque, IA. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care to expectant mothers and their families.

Responsibilities include

• Monitoring fetal and maternal health during labor and delivery
• Assisting with childbirth procedures and ensuring patient safety
• Educating patients on prenatal and postpartum care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administering medications and interventions as prescribed
• Providing emotional support and guidance to families throughout their birthing experience
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to hospital policies and safety standards
