We are seeking an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).

- Providing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for patients, including delegation to care staff.
- Monitoring and documenting patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educating patients and families on treatment options and care procedures.
- Administering medications, supporting emergency responses, and ensuring lab procedures are correctly performed.
- Participating in team-based decision-making, quality improvement, and staff training.
- Assisting with patient care activities involving heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and equipment handling.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience; dialysis experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical demands associated with patient care in a healthcare setting.
