Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing and monitoring medications, providing therapy, tracking patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, along with knowledge of mental health treatments and accurate record-keeping.
