- Handle new patient cases assigned on a rotation, maintaining continuity of care.
- Complete Oral Surgery Residency Certificate.
- Graduate of an accredited dental school.
- Current state dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI preferred.
