Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, monitor progress, document care, adhere to safety protocols, and assist with discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid state occupational therapy license, current BLS certification; preferred: Master's degree or higher, NBCOT OTR certification, experience or new graduate status, excellent communication, critical thinking, physical ability to perform duties, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Key Duties: Assess patient needs, implement individualized interventions, use assistive devices, educate caregivers, maintain documentation, participate in quality improvement, and ensure safety compliance.
