Nurse RN / LPN Dorchester

We are seeking experienced Nurse RN / LPN to join our team in a recognized healthcare community providing short-term rehab, long-term, and skilled nursing care.

• Sign-on bonuses: $6,000 for RN and $5,000 for LPN, pro-rated for part-time.
• Positions available: Full and part-time.
  
  

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing residents' healthcare needs, making nursing diagnoses, and developing interdisciplinary care plans.
• Communicating care plans effectively to ensure continuity of care.
• Addressing the needs of medically complex and mentally compromised residents.
• Administering medications and treatments per standards.
• Documenting care accurately, supporting compliance, and monitoring medication effects.
• Leading nursing staff, providing resident education, and ensuring respectful treatment of residents and property.
• Staying current with educational requirements and skill development.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Unencumbered license as RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
