Role: Nurse Manager of Emergency Services
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the emergency department, ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, allocate resources, and promote evidence-based practices. Collaborate with leadership on planning and initiatives, supervise staff, foster professional development, and promote a positive work environment to retain talent. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data for decision-making.
Qualifications: BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred. Current RN licensure, BLS certification, minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two in leadership. Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
