Role: Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing, analyze proficiency samples, perform quality control, and interpret patient results.
Responsibilities: Assume departmental duties in the absence of supervision, complete documentation, manage stat procedures, review logs, and handle critical specimens.
Qualifications: Minimum 2-year/Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred. Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Technologist License. Licenses in clinical areas such as Generalist, Blood Bank, Serology, Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology are preferred.
