We are hiring Registered Nurses for various Adult Acute Care and Telemetry units, including specialized units for Renal, Palliative, Older Adults, and Neuro patients.
- Provide ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and document care activities.
- Serve as a preceptor and charge nurse, supervising staff and unit activities.
- Demonstrate expertise in neuro assessments, airway management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.
- Qualifications include a valid RN license, BSN preferred, BLS certification, and proficiency with electronic records.
