Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, ensuring patient safety, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding to patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care and document patient information accurately.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure, clinical experience in Med Surg and Telemetry, strong assessment skills, adaptability, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, adhere to safety protocols, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA, and ensure accurate documentation. Must be flexible to work 12-hour night shifts.
