- Supervise daily work of resident care assistants and mentor lead staff.
- Coordinate care with community providers through effective case management.
- Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
- Recognize, prevent, and report elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation per regulations.
- Respond effectively to emergencies using personal emergency response systems.
- Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Preferred 1-2 years of nursing experience, especially with the elderly.
