- Assist in developing and updating patient care plans, collaborating with registered nurses.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize patient care tasks to ensure efficiency and resource utilization.
- Perform routine patient care tasks, medication administration, and intervene in emergency situations safely and promptly.
- Individualize and modify nursing interventions based on patient needs and responses.
- Reassess and adjust patient care plans collaboratively with registered nurses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Completion of an approved LPN program per state requirements.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.
