Licensed Clinical Therapist

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) on a per diem basis to provide high-quality clinical services for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Qualifications include an active California license (required), with 2 years post-licensure experience (preferred), experience with SUD (preferred), EMDR training (preferred), and at least 2 years of sobriety if in recovery (required).
• Key responsibilities involve conducting individual therapy, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, facilitating psychoeducational groups, completing assessments, and supporting associate clinicians.
• Ideal skills include strong clinical judgment, trauma-informed care expertise, excellent communication, and ethical practice.
  
  

This part-time role offers $37-$44/hour, approximately 32 hours/week, with benefits such as 401(k) matching and life insurance. In-person work in Hemet, CA, preferred, with relocation encouraged.
