- Provide continuous one-on-one observation to ensure patient safety.
- Manage patient behaviors such as aggression with competency and accountability.
- High School Diploma required; prior experience in Psychiatry or related fields preferred.
- Experience working with emotionally disturbed adults, adolescents, children, or families is preferred.
- Strong communication, crisis management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
