We are seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time role in a dynamic, high-acuity care setting.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, document changes, and educate patients and families.
- Support care in diverse environments, including home health, acute care, and skilled nursing.
- Require a valid COTA license, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and experience with ADLs and various patient populations.
