Role: Care Tech in an Inpatient Rehab Unit, supporting patient care under supervision.

- Perform specific nursing tasks and support functions in compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist with personal care, comfort, and patient safety.
- Monitor vital signs, support nursing staff, and help patients with daily needs.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of Nurse Managers, RNs, and LPNs.
- Communicate effectively and follow detailed instructions independently.
- Work two 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and participate in on-call shifts.
- Must be certified in Alabama; CNA certification required; consideration for Medical Assistants, Paramedics, EMTs, or experienced care technicians.
- High school diploma or equivalent; BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Enrolled in a nursing program or completed Fundamentals of Nursing preferred.
- Dependable, hardworking, team player with a professional attitude.
- Rehab experience is a plus but not mandatory.
