Role Overview
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern, digitally-enabled studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full range of restorative, cosmetic, and operative procedures, focusing on whole-person health, including sleep and occlusal issues. You will develop member-centered treatment plans, deliver exceptional patient experiences rooted in hospitality, and manage a dynamic schedule to optimize productivity.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead clinical excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate with staff to ensure coordinated, efficient care. Lead complex cases, participate in clinical calibration, and support studio performance. Lead Dentist roles involve mentoring, onboarding, and improving clinical outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
DDS/DMD from an accredited school, active license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and at least 2 years (Associate) or 6 years (Lead) of clinical experience. Proficiency with digital workflows, strong communication, trust-building, and leadership skills are essential.
