We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Ohana at Hawaiian Bros, where we bring the Aloha Spirit to life through great food, exceptional hospitality, and strong team leadership.

What You’ll Do
As an Operations Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant while developing future leaders and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and coaching Team Leads, Certified Trainers, and Crew Members
* Driving exceptional guest experiences and resolving guest concerns
* Managing labor, scheduling, and daily staffing needs
* Supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
* Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
* Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
* Analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Holding team members accountable to company standards and expectations
* Supporting community involvement and local marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* 2 years of restaurant management experience
* Strong leadership and coaching abilities
* Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to build culture, develop people, and drive results
* High level of accountability and ownership
