- Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for effective project management and communication among team members.
- Conduct construction estimating to develop accurate budgets and resource allocations.
- Implement Primavera P6 for efficient project scheduling and tracking progress against timelines.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret schematics and blueprints, ensuring clarity in project execution.
- Manage project coordination activities, including subcontractor oversight, material procurement, and site inspections.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate seamless communication.
- Employ time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet critical deadlines.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related field with a focus on sitework projects.
