Job Overview
As a Project Manager Sitework, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. What you’ll do

  • Oversee all aspects of sitework projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for effective project management and communication among team members.
  • Conduct construction estimating to develop accurate budgets and resource allocations.
  • Implement Primavera P6 for efficient project scheduling and tracking progress against timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret schematics and blueprints, ensuring clarity in project execution.
  • Manage project coordination activities, including subcontractor oversight, material procurement, and site inspections.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Employ time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet critical deadlines.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management or related field with a focus on sitework projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools such as HeavyBid.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D for design-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with construction management software to streamline operations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
