Job Summary
Rock Fin Minerals is looking for a dependable, hardworking Scale House Operator to handle daily inbound and outbound mineral loads. Applicants must be comfortable with computers, communicate well, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound mineral loads.
- Communicate professionally with buyers and coworkers.
- Maintain communication with front loader operators during load-outs.
- Send required reports to buyers.
- Keep Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and records updated.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Report operational issues and supply shortages.
Requirements
- Must be local to the area.
- Must be comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Must have good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous scale house experience is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is serious about working, dependable, and willing to take responsibility for their job.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
