As a part of our administrative team, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with orthodontists, assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. We are currently looking for scheduling coordinators, financial coordinators and treatment coordinators to join our Coastline Orthodontic family. Responsibilities will vary depending on position but all applicants must be goal- driven and motivated to help the practice provide excellent customer service.

Some Of The Responsibilities You Will Perform
- Patient scheduling and confirmation
- Dental health records
- Maintaining patient accounts
- Insurance eligibility
- Direct customer service
- Maintain office stock levels and office organization as needed.
- This role will support three of our practice locations: Fernandina Beach (Gateway), Jacksonville (Dunn), and Jacksonville (Gate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Accept constructive feedback
- Conflict resolution and problem solving
- Must be a Team Player
- 2 years office experience (desired)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communication Skills- verbal and written
- Basic Computer skills (prefer Google suite experience)
