As a Dental Clinic Receptionist at Birmingham Orthodontics, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes patients and helps keep everything running smoothly. You'll work closely with our dentists, dental assistants, and team leader to make sure each patient's visit goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your role is all about making patients feel comfortable and supported while helping the team stay on track.

- Patient scheduling and confirmation
- Dental health records
- Maintaining patient accounts
- Insurance eligibility
- Direct customer service
- General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer Bilingual Spanish
- Extensive organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Accept constructive feedback.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving and team Player.
- High school diploma
- 1 - 2 years of office experience desired.
- Legible handwriting
- Basic Computer skills
