- Practice Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
- Assignment Duration: Summer 2026 (June-August)
- Assignment Schedule: Full-Time 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday 8a-5p)
- Clinical scope: New cases, existing case adjustments, debonds

- Completion of U.S. accredited Orthodontics residency program
- DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Arkansas state dental license
- 1099 contractor requirements: maintain own malpractice insurance policy of 1:3mil or higher, complete W-9 Form, process own taxes, ability to credential with private insurance and Arkansas medicaid program
