We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or upscale venues.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Food safety certification and understanding of proper food handling procedures.
- Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or bar management is preferred.
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math and cashiering skills.
