Rock County Honda is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our dealership sales team. This role is focused on helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, low-pressure buying experience.

Our Sales Consultants act as product specialists and relationship builders — guiding customers through the showroom experience, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives while working alongside sales managers to complete the sale.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom customers
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Build rapport and create a positive dealership experience
• Maintain knowledge of Honda models, features, and inventory
• Work with sales managers to structure and finalize deals
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout the sales process
• Consistently meet sales goals and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Weekend availability required
