What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding resident experience while supporting the daily operations of the community.
- Create a welcoming, best-in-class experience for prospective and current residents
- Support the full leasing lifecycle, from tours and applications to move-ins and move-outs
- Manage lease renewals and maintain accurate resident records
- Handle resident billing, payments, and assist with collections when needed
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Process invoices and bank deposits accurately and on time
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain curb appeal and community standards
- Help plan and execute resident events that build connection and engagement
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, both online and locally
- Encourage and support the leasing team in delivering exceptional customer service

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work rotating Saturdays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
