Immediate Hiring with earning potential of $25/hr to $150/hr plus!
We need a motivated person to start as soon as possible. During training you will work side-by-side with the owner for 2 weeks to master our 10-minute repair and memorize our service script verbatim.
After training, you will move to our Fairview dealership location to run operations solo. This position excels for someone who does not need micromanagement and can stay motivated and on task.
There is also a significant amount of downtime , making it the perfect job for someone that still needs time to work on schooling or maybe even just play on their phone when they're bored.
Franchise Opportunity:
After 5 years of successful employment, you will qualify for the opportunity to start your own Rock Chip Hero franchise!
Responsibilities:
*Accurately deliver our service script to ensure customers have the right information.
*Manage a high-volume dealership site on Fairview as a solo operator.
*Provide world-class service that maintains our top-rated Google review status.
Physical Resilience: Ability to work outside.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: We'd really like to find someone who wants to eventually own their own business, and we will help you do it!
Valid driver license and reliable transportation required. Must sign a Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
