Shift / Hours

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with shift hour flexibility

Pay Range

$16–$18/hour, depending on experience

Location

Rock Bottom Golf Distribution Center, Suffolk, VA

Responsibilities

• Perform counts against Purchase Orders or Return Authorizations using RF scan guns or other methods of quality assurance.
• Maintain inventory control by accurately tracking and recording incoming inventory shipments and their placement within the distribution center.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Package materials according to specific requirements to prepare for shipment.
• Use pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a drive to ensure that even the smallest tasks are treated with the highest level of accountability
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, order pickers) — training provided
• Willingness to learn various skills across operational departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center experience
• Experience with inbound receiving and/or returns processing
• Experience with RF scan guns or warehouse management system (WMS) software
• Forklift, order picker, or pallet jack certification
• Experience in an e-commerce or retail distribution environment
• Availability for overtime during peak/seasonal periods

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, bend, and walk for the duration of shifts
• Safely climb ladders
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures
