What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager (GM) position at Rock Bottom Auto Sales?
Looking to expand and hire an experienced general manager.
We own our own finance company and would like someone with experience in buy here pay here as well as sub-prime lending. We also have are own repair facility. We have been in business for over 20 years and would like someone that would like to continue to grow and expand with us.
At least 2 years experience.
Excellent communication and motivation skills.
Supervises and monitors Sales associates, staff, and repair shop
Must be able to do financing and help with closing deals.
Addresses customer complaints
