What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead gutter installer/ crew leader position at Rochesters best roofing?
Rochester’s Best Roofing is looking for an experienced Lead Gutter Installer to take charge of one of our gutter crews.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to keep jobs running efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the gutter installation crew.
- Drive the company truck and ensure it is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
- Oversee all gutter installations to ensure they are completed correctly and meet company standards.
- Train, motivate, and hold crew members accountable.
- Make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a professional attitude with homeowners and represent the company in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience installing seamless gutters is required.
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work comfortably at heights.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to problem-solve on the job.
