We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Support banquet service by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
- Follow food handling safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
