What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs, wants, and budget by asking questions and actively listening
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including test drives
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
- Stay current on incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and technology
- Maintain an effective prospect development and follow-up system
- Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Report to the General Manager and Business Manager on objectives, planned activities, performance reviews, and sales analytics
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening requirements
