Automotive Parts Associate- Rochester Volkswagen

Rochester Volkswagen is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer focused Parts Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude who takes pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying and locating automotive parts.
• Receive, stock, organize and maintain inventory.
• Assist with parts ordering, shipping and receiving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
• Deliver parts and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations.
• Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure smooth operarations.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated and detail orientated.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Dealership or Volkswagen experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
