Full Job Description:
This Order Entry Clerk position is responsible for entering title & escrow orders into the Rochester Title/Minnesota Secured Title System. The position reviews order files for accuracy and completeness as the order is processed. The Order Entry Clerk is also responsible for answering phone calls & helping customers as they enter the office.
Essential Functions:
- Producing High Quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures.
Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and
complete one task at a time.
- Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job
performance success.
- Enter data into our software system and create a physical file.
- Review files for accuracy.
- Work with personnel to ensure timely resolution to any order related issues.
- Navigate multiple websites to research missing data.
- Performs own work and aids others when needed.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Back-up Front Desk – Customer Service, greeting customer’s as they enter the building.
Job Requirements:
Great customer service skills. Ability to work well with co-workers and maintain positive working relationships in busy working environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Computer knowledge and skills. One to three year's office experience, or equivalent.
Criminal Background check will be required.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Position is fulltime, 40 hours per week.
