Position Details
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Department: Primary Care Institute
Setting: 100% Outpatient – with flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices
Practice Highlights
- Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availability
- Manageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18–22 patients per day
- Shared telephone-only call coverage
- Strong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and Pharmacists
- Fully integrated Epic EMR across all sites
