Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; verify against purchase orders
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders, including packaging and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas within the warehouse/department
- Lead cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
- Train, schedule, and support shipping/receiving team members
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or documentation
- Maintain shipping records, logs, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred
- 3-5 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Leadership and team management
